Guarantee
All products have unlimited technical assistance by email. The manufacturer guarantees that their products are free from defects in materials and manufacturing, and provide security for the period of 2 years from the original date of purchase.
If during the warranty period the product is flawed due to inadequate materials or manufacturing flaws, the manufacturer will repair or replace the product, according to the agreed terms and conditions below, without bill of material costs or hours of work.
Conditions
To enjoy this guarantee must submit the invoice or receipt of the original sale (the date of purchase, product and serial number) along with the defective product and an RMA number that will provide you with your dealer or support center.
